Client Obligations

Clients must:

- Provide accurate and complete information and documents.

- Take responsibility for errors, omissions, or false information provided.

- Make timely payment for consultancy fees.

- Cooperate with SGPR consultants during the process.

Fees and Payment

- Fees are communicated before service engagement.

- Once consultancy services have started, fees are non-refundable, even if applications are rejected.

Intellectual Property

- All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, videos, etc.) is owned or licensed by SGPR and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

- You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

- SGPR is not liable for application rejections, delays, or outcomes beyond our control.

- We are not responsible for third-party systems, technical errors, or government authority decisions.

- Liability, if any, is limited to the amount of consultancy fees paid.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
