Getting Started & Consultation

How do I contact customer service for inquiries?

You can contact our support team via phone, email, or through our website contact form. Our consultants will get back to you promptly to assist with your enquiries.

How do I begin using your consultancy services?

Simply schedule an initial consultation with us. Our consultants will evaluate your profile and advise you on your eligibility and best pathway for your Singapore PR or Citizenship application.

Is there any consultation fee involved?

We offer complimentary, non-obligatory consultations to help you understand your options and the process before you engage our services.

How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?

We recommend booking your appointment at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment after booking?

Yes, you may reschedule or cancel your appointment by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

What languages are available during consultation?

We provide consultation in English, Mandarin, Malay, Tamil and other languages, to serve a wide range of clients from different backgrounds.

Documentation & Requirements

What if my documents are not in English?

Documents not in English must be officially translated by your home country's embassy or notarized by a Notary Public in Singapore. ICA does not endorse private translation companies.

What if I cannot produce my birth certificate or education certificates?

Don’t worry. If certain documents are missing due to valid reasons, we can assist by drafting a declaration letter to explain your situation. This is usually provided as part of our service at no additional charge.

Success Rate & Guarantee

Can I appeal if my application gets rejected?

Yes definitely. You can submit an appeal. We provide complimentary non-obligatory consultation to help assess your conditions and if the appeal is viable. Every case is unique. Depending on circumstances, our consultant will be able to advise if you should go for appeal or submit a new application, on a case-by-case basis.

Do you guarantee 100% approval if I engage your firm?

As an honest and professional agency, we do not guarantee 100% success simply for marketing purposes. We uphold transparency and honesty in our services. Our consultants will thoroughly review and strengthen your profile to maximize your approval chances.

Processing Timeline

How long will it take to prepare my application?

Generally, it takes about 1–3 months to prepare a strong application profile for submission. The timeline depends on the completeness of your documents and your personal circumstances. Our team will guide you through every stage to ensure readiness.

Pricing & Packages

How much does your service cost?

Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees. Every package is tailored to your personal profile and complexity of the case. Full pricing details will be provided during your initial consultation.

Why do service fees differ among agencies?

Each case requires a different level of work and attention to detail. Our fees reflect the time, expertise, and effort invested in building your strongest possible profile for ICA's consideration. We do not overcharge nor compromise on quality.

Rejection & Appeal Process

What will be the next step if my application is rejected after engaging your firm?

If your application is unfortunately rejected, we will arrange for another consultation to assess the rejection reason. Where appropriate, we can assist you in filing an appeal, prepare additional supporting documents, and submit the appeal within the allowable timeframe.

I am going through a divorce. My spouse sponsored me for PR. Will my PR be affected?

Although your PR was originally sponsored by your spouse, your PR status will be assessed based on your own merits when renewing your Re-Entry Permit (REP), even if you're undergoing a divorce or already divorced.
